Langton Chirinda, who is an admitted lawyer with the Supreme Court of Western Australia , is the Director -Business Development. Langton also holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia and a Juris Doctor ( Law) degree from Bond University Queensland , Australia. He also holds a Cert IV in Project Management; a Diploma in Property Services ( real estate) and an Intermediate Diploma of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ( Zimbabwe).

As the Legal Practitioner Director Tim has more than 25 years of legal services across many areas of law such as commercial law, Corporate Law, dispute resolution , family law and criminal law in Australia. Tim’s philosophy is that justice/legal risks management should be achieved at the most affordable cost, time and value from the client’s perspective.
Oral McGuire, Principle Consultant of Gundi Consulting, is a Whadjuk/Ballardong man. He brings knowledge of the land and forest, which has been shared through Noongar stories, song lines and beliefs of the flora and fauna as well as the significant places and sites.
He has 18 years experience as a professional fire-fighter and for the past 10 years has been practicing traditional (cultural) burning on his 2100 acre property where he and his family are transforming the land back to its natural state – their vision is to plant 1 million trees and to create a Noongar cultural sanctuary.
Oral is a prominent Noongar community leader, landholder and long-term champion of Aboriginal advancement with extensive experience in traditional land and fire management practices. He has extensive knowledge and experience in government, private enterprise and the not-for-profit sector and a proven track record in bridging the divide between ‘mainstream’ and Aboriginal communities.
His leadership experience has included roles in Curtin University Aboriginal Advisory Council(Chair), Noongar Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Director), Noongar Landholder Enterprises Inc. (Chair) and Doorn-Djil Yoordaning Mining (Non-Executive Director). Oral was a Director on the Board of SWALSC (Land Council) in 2004 who approved the pursuit of the Single Noongar Claim (current ‘SW Settlement’).
He has recently been engaged by Main Roads WA and Forest Products Commission/Timber Industry and Westport WA to advise separately on matters of improving Aboriginal participation and engagement in each of those sectors and agencies.
She was admitted in the Supreme Court of WA in November 2016 and at the High Court of Australia in January 2017.
During her university years, Shufaa volunteered in a multiple outreach programs including at a rural primary school for disadvantaged students teaching English and Mathematics. In her final year at University, Shufaa was the recipient of the 2014 CISWA City of Perth International Student of the Year, and the 2013 ECU Vice-Chancellor Student Award for Contribution to University Life.
Currently, most of Shufaa’s matters are in the area of family law, particularly dealing with children’s and property matters, family law negotiations and consent agreements. Shufaa has a lot of experience in drafting applications and affidavits in the Family Court jurisdiction and is currently enrolled at College of Law studying Masters of Applied Law (Family Law).
Shufaa’s client-focused and compassionate approach to ensure that each of her clients receives her personal attention, enabling her to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
She speaks fluent swahili. Outside of law, Shufaa’s interests include baking, photography and watching movies.
